If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us. You must use the form below to request a returns number. Once in receipt of the returns number the goods can then be sent at the customers cost, and they must be in a re-saleable condition with a copy of the paperwork enclosed. Goods returned without a valid returns number cannot and will not be accepted.
