Just what I needed

Two gas struts gone on roof vent and I searched on web page and got exact ones come up straight away. So helpful to get them identified that quick. Ordered and came within days and fitted on van. Job done.

Efficient and easy

Excellent product, delivered quickly. Online calculator is brilliant. I was looking for struts to hold up a folding shed roof a little like a car boot lid, going from vertical to horizontal. I had looked on Amazon and found very mixed reviews and was not willing to chance it as it would be a major safety concern. The Calculator tool on the GasSpringShop website is amazing, it made so much sense. Really easy to work out exactly what I needed and gave exact fitment instructions too. More expensive than Amazon, but I got exactly what I ordered and they were perfect. No having to to "test things out, send it back, try again". Worked first time, no messing about. Highly recommend.

Website explained all I needed and seemed to work.

The items were not the cheapest but they were delivered quickly and were fitted to the dimensions stated and worked fine. They looked well made but ask me in 3 years if they are still okay.

Look at the reviews we receive, our gas springs are made in Germany by the very best
company and staff who ensure the very best product and customer service at all times.
2, By your own admission (clearly you're thick), you ordered the wrong gas springs due to
our website, why not contact us for help/advice?? We are here to help.
We take great pride in our website, a fantastic tool and very easy to navigate with a brain (yours is clearly missing).

I found the calculator quite helpful in confirming my own calculations. The gas struts were delivered promptly. They are of excellent quality, and worked exactly as expected when installed as I calculated. Overall a bit pricy with the extra bits needed, but well worth it in my experience.

Looks like like for like replacement for my O,E.

I part filled the website option to match existing OE. Promptly matched to the spec and part number of my 18 year old strut on a Dufour yacht engine cover. So, I clicked and paid on line. Ordered Thursday pm and delivered mid morning following Monday. Not yet fitted, but confident it will straight forward to fit.
