Great seller & items, arrived very quickly

I part filled the website option to match existing OE. Promptly matched to the spec and part number of my 18 year old strut on a Dufour yacht engine cover. So, I clicked and paid on line. Ordered Thursday pm and delivered mid morning following Monday. Not yet fitted, but confident it will straight forward to fit.

Good support on the phone but let down by not shipping the product. Ordered Wednesday now Saturday and nothing. No emails to check on delivery status either ?

The problem is, delivery was supposed to be Friday, it's Monday and I still haven't received it?

Looked into Amazon and other sites to obtain bespoke gas struts for a 20kg lid on my DIY shoe / log bench in my porch. All selling cheap chinese hinges etc which were clearly not upto the task. Finally found the Gassspring shop and happy days! The calculator is brilliant and allowed me to configure exactly what i needed. Ordered online and delivered in 2 days. A little pricey but quality and the end result works a treat. Many thanks.

I hope this error can be corrected. I ordered from you two gas springs for my hymer 584 campervan. to replace the struts in my pull down bed. Which I felt were weak and were getting very hard to operate . They have a rating of 1700N so I ordered slightly stronger ones 2500N. The trouble is the old struts with the eyes fitted at either end are 34cm. The new ones which I ordered from you as a direct replacement are 3 cm longer at 37CM with the eyes fitted! The old gas struts are as follows: NITROLIFT GS14-27-150- 200 08/ 2011. 1700N. Your replacement is as follows: ECKOLD GSS14150 2500N. If you wish I can send you photos? Regards. Fergus Moloney.

Basically I was able to pick and choose the correct gas spring for my need, for a caravan door off all things . Also I only needed one. Arrived just 2 days later and I fitted it within minutes.
